During this appointment we will explore your unique situation and develop a solution-focused plan for overcoming the thoughts, perspectives and behaviors that are limiting you from living a life free of powerlessness. Please do not use same day open appointments. Please schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any scheduling conflicts.

Please call within 48 hours to cancel without penalty. No refunds if cancelled after 48 hours. Rescheduling is allowed twice without penalty.
