Service Description

CBT infused Short Term Solution Focused Sessions. Please DO NOT use same day open appointments. Please schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any scheduling conflicts. Choose a convenient appointment time for your session. During this appointment we can narrow down your problem area and develop a solution-focused plan for goal attainment!

Please call within 48 hours to cancel without penalty. No refunds if cancelled after 48 hours. Rescheduling is allowed twice without penalty.
