Select this payment option if you are paying residency fees for an independent unit. Payments are due each Friday before the start of your new month with a courtesy period through the 3rd of each month without penalty. We do not pro-rate any payments if you decide to discharge early or break your residency contract.

Shared Room
Select this payment option if you are paying residency fees for an entire month at the shared room rate of $700. Your next payment is due by the 3rd of the next month. We do not pro-rate any payments if you decide to discharge early or break your residency contract.
Intakes after the 15th of the month will be converted using a weekly base rate of $175 per week. This reduction will be made the 2nd month of residency.
