Thank you for taking the first step in the change process by reaching out today! Please use this option only if you have completed a consult. Pricing: In Home Therapy is $85 plus travel. Travel cost range from: $50 in the county of your clinician's home office. $50 plus $1 per mile out of county (over 20miles up to 249miles from your clinician's home office) $150 plus air travel and lodging for any destination 250+miles from your clinician's home office. Services over 249 miles from the home office require a 5 session minimum. Choose a convenient appointment time for your service. During this appointment we can narrow down your problem area and develop a solution-focused plan for goal attainment! Please do not use same day open appointments. Please schedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any scheduling conflicts.

Please call within 48 hours to cancel without penalty. No refunds if cancelled after 48 hours. Rescheduling is allowed twice without penalty.

We do not provide refunds but, you can call to reschedule for a virtual appointment without penalty. Please call in order to reschedule. You can reschedule your appointment until all 5 appointments are completed. (727)678-1751
